Since 2010, Rice City Designs has been locally owned and operated by Connie and Christian Doughty. The Doughtys are residents of Crowley, LA and are actively involved in their church and community.

Connie is an alum of Crowley High School. She is a retired Acadia Parish teacher who now leads Rice City Designs with family and friends. Through Rice City, she is able to assist schools in community-involved activities.

Christian is an alum of Notre Dame High School. He is a special education teacher at Crowley High School and former baseball coach at Crowley High School and Iota High School. He remains actively involved in youth baseball.

The staff at Rice City Designs loves serving the community and helping customers create the products of their dreams. Supporting local fundraisers and benefits are just a few of the services that set Rice City apart.
